2.1 Registration Process

A personal account registration is required to use services at bdg33. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited. The same rule applies if multiple accounts are found within the same household, on the same device, or from the same IP address.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the bdg33 support team immediately. The user is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

• Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
• Using an account for commercial purposes is not permitted.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals at bdg33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Funds sent through any other channel will not be accepted and bdg33 will not be liable for such transactions.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for all payment methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Any unusual withdrawal request will be reviewed and additional information may be requested if needed. For bank transfers, the account name and bank details must match the registered name.

Each game at bdg33 has its own rules, which are displayed within the game. General gaming conditions are as follows:

• Game results are determined by real-time servers and are final.
• If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical error, the state prior to the error will be restored.
• If the internet connection is lost, the result recorded on the server will stand.
• Deliberately attempting to influence the game system is prohibited.
• At live casino tables, the dealer's decision is final.

For sports betting, only bets placed before the match begins will be accepted. If a match is abandoned or ends before the scheduled time, results will be determined according to the relevant odds rules.

bdg33 always strives to provide uninterrupted and reliable service. However, bdg33's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Service disruption caused by third-party server or network issues.
• Loss caused by problems with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Service suspension due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, cyber attack, government directive).
• Technical issues on the part of third-party game providers.

bdg33 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

bdg33 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. Information provided at registration is used solely for the purpose of operating the service, verifying identity, and ensuring security. Information is not sold to third parties.

If you do not wish to accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the service and submit a request to close your account. Continued use of the service after a change will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
